ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లోని నాన్-అగ్రికల్చరల్ భూములు మరియు గ్రామ కంఠం (Grama Kantam) భూముల కోసం SVAMITVA Revised SOP 2025 ను విడుదల చేసింది. పంచాయతీ రాజ్ మరియు గ్రామీణాభివృద్ధి శాఖ జారీ చేసిన ఈ కొత్త గైడ్‌లైన్స్ ప్రకారం, ప్రతి ఇంటి స్థలానికి చట్టబద్ధమైన హక్కు పత్రాలు కల్పించేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం 13 ప్రధాన దశల ప్రక్రియను ఖరారు చేసింది.

రీసర్వే ప్రారంభం నుండి హక్కు పత్రాల జారీ వరకు జరిగే 13 ముఖ్యమైన దశలు ఇక్కడ ఉన్నాయి:

01 Updation of Household Assessment Records: పంచాయతీ కార్యదర్శి ద్వారా ఇంటి పన్ను మరియు అసెస్‌మెంట్ రికార్డుల నవీకరణ.
