- తుపానులు, వరదలు, కరువు ఏవి వచ్చినా సరే రైతు నష్టపోయే పరిస్థితి రాకూడదని, ఒక వేళ వచ్చినా అదే సీజన్ ముగిసే లోగా పరిహారం అందేలా చేయడం ఈ పథకం ముఖ్య ఉద్దేశం
- రైతు ఇబ్బంది పడకూడదనే ఉద్దేశంతో రూ.2వేల కోట్లతో ప్రకృతి వైపరీత్యాల నిధి పెట్టామని, రూ.3వేల కోట్లతో ధరల స్థిరీకరణ నిధి పెట్టామని సీఎం అన్నారు.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రంలో రైతులు వారికి దగ్గరలో ఉన్నటువంటి రైతు భరోసా కేంద్రాల ద్వారా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు.YSR Input Subsidy Scheme పథకానికి అప్లికేషన్ చేసుకోవడానికి ఆనులైన్లో దిగువ తెలిపిన విధంగా చేసుకోవచ్చు . ప్రభుత్వం కాలానుసారం విడుదల చేసే టైం లైన్ ప్రకారం దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవడానికి సమయం ఉంటుంది ఆ సమయంలో సంబంధిత రైతు భరోసా ద్వారా దరఖాస్తులను సబ్మిట్ చేయవలసి ఉంటుంది.

- In Citizen Schemes Portal landing page, citizen can login though Aadhaar tagged mobile OTP Authentication.
- In the “Citizen Scheme Application” page, citizen can select “YSR Input Subsidy” from schemes dropdown and click on “Submit”.
- Applications submitted are forwarded to Agriculture/Horticulture/Sericulture Assistant for verification.
- After reviewing, conducting field verification and taking eKYC, the applications are forwarded to Mandal Agriculture Officer (MAO).
- The MAO verifies the applications and makes relevant recommendation.
- Based on recommendations made by the MAOs and the applicants’ eligibility as mentioned in the Scheme Eligibility Calculator, the Social Audit lists namely Provisional eligible list and Reverification list (with reasons for ineligibility) are published in all secretariats.
- The citizens in the Reverification list can raise a grievance if they think that the reason mentioned for ineligibility is incorrect.
- The final list of Eligible and Ineligible Beneficiaries is published in all secretariats.
- Citizens mentioned in the Final Ineligible list can raise a grievance in Citizen Schemes Portal if he/she thinks that the reason for rejection is incorrect.
- The Scheme benefit is disbursed to all eligible beneficiaries through Aadhaar enabled payment system (AEPS).

- ప్రకృతి వైపరీత్యాలు, వరదల వలన నష్ట పోయిన రైతులు ఇందుకు అర్హులు.
- eCrop బుకింగ్ తప్పనిసరి.
- రైతు తప్పనిసరిగా ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ నివాసి అయి ఉండాలి.
- చిన్న, సన్నకారు మరియు కౌలు రైతులకు వర్తిస్తుంది.
- నేరుగా రైతుల ఖాతాల్లోకి వడ్డీ అమౌంట్ జమ అయ్యే వెసులుబాటు ఉంటుంది.
- ఆధార్ కార్డు , బ్యాంకు ఖాతా కలిగి ఉండాలి.
- రైతులు లేదా కవులు రైతులు ఈ పథకానికి అర్హులు.
